A few of our designed and implemented Callcentre statistics and  analytical reports graphic user interfaces are demonstrated here.
 
The reports using the CCAnalyser Data Modeller built multi-dimensional  cubes (Data Mart Templates) built under both ORACLE 8i.1.7 and SQL Server 2000. 
 
They are also designed and implemented to use BRIO Enterprise Broadcast Server and its Web access repository.
 
The Graphic Interface and report layouts were designed with BRIO Intelligence Query designer.

Genesys delivers a number of pre-defined BRIO reports ("Canned reports"), however there are a number of areas, where customised reports were required to match Callcentre statistics and analysis needs. Our company designed and implemented a large number of these custom designed BRIO Reports for Telstra, CGU, HUTCHINSON TELECOM (ORANGE) and DIDATA Callcentres.
